What is the next step once you have selected your holiday rental in the South of France?

You can request a booking for the holiday rental of your choice by telephone, by e-mail or directly via the website.

What is the minimum let period?

Holiday apartments or holiday villas: the minimum stay is usually one week. Some holiday properties are available for shorter stays, please contact Alviazur for more detail. Arrivals are usually on a Saturday between 4pm and 6pm.

How can you check if a property is available?

You can check for holiday rental availabilities on each property description, at the bottom of the page, where there is a calendar showing available dates. Dates in green mean the holiday property is still available; if dates have a line through with grey background then the property is already booked. The calendar is updated on a daily basis.



To confirm your reservation you will need to pay a deposit when signing the rental agreement. This deposit amounts to 25% of the total booking fees for the rental of the property of your choice, for your selected dates; the total amount for the holiday rental of your choice is specified in the rental agreement.

How can we make a payment ?

We accept payments by personal cheques, credit card, bank transfers (BACS) and cash.

When do we need to pay for the final balance for the holiday rental?

The final balance is due 30 days prior to the date of arrival. For last minute reservations done less than 30 days prior to the required booking dates, the total amount of the holiday rental fees must be paid for at the time of booking.

How do we pay the security deposit?

Holiday apartments & holiday villas: a security deposit is required upon delivery of the keys to your holiday property. Credit card details are taken upon your arrival alongside the authorisation to charge the card for the specified amount. Prestigious villas: the security deposit is either paid by credit card or bank transfer prior to arrival.

How much is the security deposit?

The security deposit in case of property damage varies depending on the property rental. The amount is specified on the description of the holiday rental in the information section, and will be clearly stated in the holiday rental agreement.

When will the security deposit be refunded?

Holiday apartments & holiday villas: following an inspection of the holiday property on your departure, the security deposit is refunded on the day of your departure, unless damages have been caused to the holiday property. In that case, costs for any repairs are deducted from the security deposit.
Prestigious villas: further to a complete inspection of the holiday property on your departure, if there are no damages the security deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer. In case of damages to the holiday rental, costs for any repairs / replacements will be deducted from the security deposit. Refunds may be delayed depending on the type of damages.

Additionnal costs

The rental of linen and local tax are to be paid locally. Additional services, such as cleaning, garage space, telephone bill, etc... are not included in the holiday rental agreement, and must be paid during your stay. 20 € booking fees are invoiced separately.

Booking cancellation

If you would like to change your holiday property, we will do our best to accommodate your requirements. However, if the change to your holiday rental booking is requested 45 days or more before the arrival date, it will then be considered a cancellation, and cancellation fees will apply.
If you need to cancel your booking, cancellation fees will apply as follows :
  • Cancellation made 45 days or more before arrival date: 25% of the total holiday rental cost.
  • Cancellation made between 44 days and 30 days before arrival date: 50% of the total holiday rental cost.
  • Cancellation made between 29 days and 7 days before arrival date: 80% of the total holiday rental cost.
  • Cancellation made less than 7 days before arrival date: of the total holiday rental cost.

Getting to your holiday rental in South France

Where are the nearest airports?

  • The international airport in Nice Côte d'Azur is 94 km from Saint-Tropez. The journey is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes by car.
  • Toulon – Hyères airport is 53 km from Saint-Tropez. The journey is approximately 50 minutes.
  • Saint-Tropez airport is 16 km from Saint-Tropez and a 30 minute-drive.
Please note : car journeys may take longer in high peak season.

Could Alviazur arrange airport transfers?

Yes, prices are available on request, depending on the car and services required (private car hire or car hire with chauffeur). Helicopter and private jet are also available and can be arranged for from the airport of your choice.

How do we get hold of the keys to the holiday rental ?

A representative of Alviazur will meet you at the address of your holiday rental in South France as specified in your rental agreement, upon your arrival between 4pm and 6pm.

During your holiday

Who can we contact once there on the French Riviera ?

In emergency, please call +33(0)4 94 52 23 80 or +33(0)6 38 18 31 29. Otherwise, we can meet you in our offices Monday to Friday, 9am til 7pm.

At what time do we need to leave the holiday property?

Departures are usually Saturdays by 10am.
